Types Of Multiple Sclerosis
Symptoms
Over the course of the disease, some symptoms will come and go, while
others may be more lasting. Symptoms can also range from mild to severe.

In order to make a diagnosis of MS, the physician must:
1. Evidence of damage in at least 2 places of the CNS
2. Find evidence that damaged occurred at least one month apart
3. Rule out all other possible diagnoses

Its important to remember that most people with these disabilities will not get “cured.” Treatment can focus on dealing with symptoms or addressing other diagnoses that can come along with these conditions, such as depression, anxiety, etc.
