MICHELLE PETERSON

  • Michelle has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Victoria and has a deep and broad knowledge of the social service sector with 24 years’ experience in the Ministry of Children and Family Development in a variety of roles and program areas.

  • Prosci certified with 10+ years of successfully working in or leading change management with multiple complex projects and program areas.

  • Recognized across the BC Public Service as a leader in change management; the tools developed under her leadership are being used across government and have been made broadly available in response to requests from other ministries.

JOE RAASCH

  • Joe Raasch is the director of the Minnesota Office of Continuous Improvement, a division of Minnesota’s Department of Administration. He leads and supports a team that works to solve problems that change lives by making government services more efficient and effective for all Minnesotans. 
  • Joe previously worked in both the public and private sectors in strategic planning, operations, and organizational development. He graduated from Metropolitan State University with majors in finance and communications, and earned his master’s in business administration from the University of Saint Thomas.  He was also a 2016-2017 Policy Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
