Who are the school Super Users

  • Your schools Super User is an appointed staff member that has the authority to distribute additional funds to staff
  • This user is selected by your school principal and is the staffs first line of communication for questions around account funds

  • The Super User has access to additional school funds that they can transfer to staff when needed
  • It is a requirement for this user to complete the Managed Print training and submit the annual staff count before being granted access to additional school funds
  • Funds will be deposited into the Super User’s PaperCut account at the start of the school year following the requirements

Super users will receive emails from orders@flextg.com to set up their account.

Click “Click Here” in email or go to my.flextg.com to login with your email and create your password. If you ever forget your password, simply select “forgot password”.

Here you can view status of toner orders from your dashboard and see service call notes.

You can pick up your print jobs at any device in your building with a badge reader

When printing from your computer, you must select the “Find Me” printer in the device queue

Print jobs can be sent to the printing queue and will be stored for up to 24 hours so that you can retrieve them at your leisure

Once you swipe your badge at the device, you can select to release your jobs to print

Login With Badge

The first time you scan your IPS ID badge at any printer you will have to sign in with your IPS username (IPS email without “@myips.org”) and password you use to log into your computer.

Afterwards you will need to only swipe your badge.

If you get to a device with a badge reader and forgot your ID badge you can use your IPS username and password at anytime to login.

Managing Your Team’s Budgets

  • Leadership has allotted an annual budget, based on your location’s employee count. Each employee begins the school year with $150 in their personal account ( $150 = 15,000 printable/copying pages).
  • Super Users have access to additional funds that can be transferred to users who are low on funds.

  • Once an account is low or depleted we recommend transferring $50 (5,000 sheets of paper) at a time.
  • The Super User reserve is replenished annually, so the budget for the year is all that is allotted until the following school year begins.

Staff also have the ability to transfer funds between one another if a Super User is unavailable or if there is a staff member not using their account.

Printing Partners Services

  • Large scale black/white and color digital print jobs that are 300+ pages should be sent to

  • Examples of large print jobs: Report card printing, business cards, letterhead, flyers, signage, direct imaging printing, IPS promotional products (swag) documents, etc

  • Please allow up to 48 hour for these large orders.

Automated Toner Fulfillment

What does this mean for you?

�For all networked devices there is no need to call or email to place toner orders.

Toner will be shipped automatically based on your device’s reported toner levels.

How will the toner arrive?

Toner will be delivered with a UPS/FedEx label with the device ID# and Location in the Attention to line above the shipping address.

Important things to note:

If you have devices that are not on the network, there is no way to predict when toner is needed, and you will still need to email in a toner order. Keeping all devices networked helps to avoid delays and takes the responsibility for toner orders off of the staff.

  • All employees must print to a “Find Me” queue for devices with badge readers
  • Toner is automatically ordered for all devices on IPS network
  • Large scale print jobs of 300+ pages should be sent to Printing Partners
  • If an employee exhausts their individual budget, please contact designated school Super User
