Open your journal heart—and explore:

  • What made me feel proud or peaceful?�
  • What am I ready to let go of?�
  • What do I want to call in this week?

No judgment. Just gentle awareness. Leave it here. Put it down. Let it go.

🌞 Step 1: Clear Your Space

Create a peaceful environment:� 🕯 Light a candle� 🌿 Burn sage or use essential oils� 💨 Take three slow, deep breaths

Speak or write one clear intention for the week ahead. Keep it short and powerful:

“This week, I protect my peace.”� “This week, I return to joy.”� “This week, I speak only with love.”

Repeat it aloud three times. Seal it with a breath.

🧘 Step 3: Ground Your Body

Choose one grounding ritual:

  • 🧘 Legs up the wall pose�
  • 🌬 4-7-8 breath (inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8)�
  • 🙏 Slow yoga stretches with eyes closed�

Let your body remember what it feels like to be safe.
