I am the Gifted Specialist in Talladega City Schools. I teach pull out classes grades 3-12 ad Child Find for all 2nd graders in the system.

  • Word 365- can access from anywhere
  • Can share with other user

  • In order to collaborate, you both need 365
    • Same for being able to access it anywhere
  • If you are not storing on the cloud, you have to have the space on your computer to backup your files
  • MUST BACK UP!!!

  • Free- need free gmail to use
  • Comments feature
  • Can also download onto computer into a variety of file types
    • including pdf for uploading into NBPTS platform

Recording tips

  1. Set up on tripod - less disturbance for class
  2. Ask for help! - You will not get help if you do not ask
  3. Record MANY times - let class get accustomed to the camera - get the silly out - also helps you get used to it
  4. Cover windows - lighting can get weird

  • You might need to use an external mic (you can find inexpensive options online)
