Our Goals

  1. Increase the efficiency of creating bills

  • Create a better way to manage customers

  • Make strides to eliminate outdated billing methods

  • Ensure this system will be user-friendly

Key Features

  • Create bills for customers that allow for changes and different methods of sending
  • A well developed customer database that will allow the user to add and delete customers as well as store all of their billing and contact information
  • Allow the user to email or print the bills depending on how they want to send the customers their bills
  • Another feature will be to allow the user to mark specific bills that are paid for
  • Also a GPS routing system that will allow the user to plan out the routes the crews will be taking to each customer location

Measures of Success

  • We will be looking at speed for our UI, making sure that everything is easy to use by looking at the number of user clicks.
  • Accuracy will be used to check our hour tracking and GPS routing
    • Try to find the best route ourselves and compare it to the results from the API to confirm
    • Manually add up worker hour situations and compare to the results from the system.
