> What are reaction diffusion systems?
Reaction diffusion systems model the mixing of two chemicals through their interactions. Each chemical can either react with another chemical which transforms one chemical into the other, or it can diffuse or spread out. This is usually from areas of high concentration to areas of relatively low concentration.

> Diffusion Term
-Dx is a factor controlling the rate of diffusion. It is different from the set values in the matrix
- We multiply the whole matrix by the scalar of Dx to achieve this.
- Spreads areas of high concentration as surrounding low concentrated areas affect the concentration of a cell now
- If you want to be fancy call it a Laplacian
