The grade level with the most points will be recognized at Homecoming Halftime Show and win the honor of the “Most Spirited” trophy.

Earn Points

• 5 points for dressing up
• 5 points for “Name that Tune”
• 10 points for participating in the lunch time activities
• 2 points per community service items
• 10 point for buying Homecoming ticket before the door at the dance
• 20 points for working on float
• 10 point for going to a sporting event this week
• 100 class points for the most overall community service items brought in
• 100 class points for the winners of the rally game
• 500 class points for the winning grade level float

Name That Tune!

• Songs will be played on the loudspeaker during passing periods
• Call Ms. RK at x50161 as soon as you know the song
• The student or staff member that guesses correctly first wins!
• You’ll earn 5 points for guessing correctly

Help us raise money or food items to donate to 2nd Harvest Food Bank.

Drop off in room 61 throughout the week to earn individual and class points.

​

Most needed food: Canned meat, peanut butter, soups, chili beans, cereal, canned fruit and vegetables, whole grain rice, pasta and oats.

Please no glass, perishable, expired, or opened items.

If you help on the float you get to ride it during the parade and at half time.

Judges Ms. RK (Activities Director), Mr. Parris (Assistant Principal), Mr. Denning (Principal), and Anna (Principal’s Secretary) will determine who is the best float using this rubric based on artistry, stuffing, and technical merit throughout the day on Friday 10/17.

The winner will be announced at the end of the halftime show!

Tickets: $7 (at lunch outside room 61), $12 for guests, $10 for SCHS at the door. Guests are welcome with a permission slip. No guest tickets at the door

What to wear

• This is a casual dance
• Wear what you’re going to wear to the football game
• Dresses, jeans, or dress as your class theme

Fun & Safe Dancing

Don’t bring things, leave in locker, home, or car.

No in and outs! Once you leave, leave campus

Bring cash/card to purchase snacks at the snack shack.
