Launch of MSN planned for 8 December at Internet Governance Forum (IGF); �full operationalization starting January 2022 

• The MSN will start its activities from January 2022 onwards.
• The MSN is planning an inaugural meeting with all nominated focal points to discuss priority activities.

• Invitation letter to join the MSN will be sent from the Office of the Secretary-General's Envoy on Technology on 16 or 17 November 2021 to all roundtable members – each member will need to nominate a focal point for the MSN.
• Launch of the MSN at Internet Governance Forum on 8 December 2021, open to the general public. Registration for the IGF is required to follow the event.
• Selected MSN members have already been confirmed to speak at the launch at IGF.
• Further communication around the event including registration link will be provided in the invitation letter.

Based on initial user feedback, the database for digital capacity building will be �significantly improved over the next 6 months

Deep dive: Digital Capacity building for implementation of Digital Public Goods

UNDP and Harvard University’s Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics are planning a learning session to build local capacity for implementation of digital public goods – currently planned for 8 December 2021.
