Pressure Groups such as Extinction Rebellion, Searchlight and UK Uncut have changed how UK businesses use the 4P’s. For example; fur no longer being used in clothes
Discuss: Pressure Groups
Sustainable production methods would include:
• Use of renewable sources of energy such as solar/wind
• Means of transport that do not cause pollution such as electric cars
• Making products from recycled or renewable materials
• Producing goods and services without use of chemicals
Pressure groups, such as Extinction Rebellion (XR) and Greenpeace, have taken action over the last 30-40 years to encourage businesses to be sustainable.
