How to build a skeleton

For building draft archetype skeletons it is important to be realistic. The goal here is not to build the best deck for block constructed, the goal is to build reasonable draft decks.
Realistic/Reasonable by the numbers;
0-2 Rares/Mythics (no duplicates)
0-8 Uncommons (no duplicates)
Fill it up with commons (max 2 of each)
The above guidelines include non-basic lands. Add basic lands freely.

The Brothers' War contains 101 commons, 80 uncommons, 63 rares, and 23 mythic rares.
There are 63 retro artifacts: 18 uncommons, 30 rares, and 15 mythic rares.
Each Draft Booster contains a retro artifact. It's an uncommon roughly 66% of the time, a rare roughly 27% of the time, and a mythic rare roughly 7% of the time.
