Navigate to Session Data

Click My Agenda tab on the dashboard toolbar
Click the Session tab
Click on the correct client Session Data Sheet
* If you do not have a session you can access the session directly from your dashboard in the Sessions widget

Click the CLINICAL module
Click Sessions from the drop down menu
This will navigate you to the available session data sheets
Click on the correct client Session Data Sheet

Skill Acquisition targets will appear on screen in the NET View
Behavior reduction targets will appear in the bar on the bottom of the screen in the Pinned View
ABC data collection can be collected by clicking the ABC icon in the bottom right corner

If you click a target, the Analysis View (side bar on the right side of the screen) will display information about the target (e.g., Instructional Notes)

Additionally, on the Analysis View (side bar on the right side of the screen), at the bottom there is a section, “Comment”.
This provides an area for RBTs to add a comment to add additional information or context for the Behavior Analyst (or other student team members).

To end data collection, click Graph All (near the top of the left side of the screen in the Target Panel)
DO NOT click the Stop button (i.e., square icon) unless you want to lose all data collection. Clicking the End Session Button will remove any ungraphed data from the system.

Navigate to Appointment

Click Home module
Click Agenda
In the appointment widget, click directly on the lightning bolt next to the appointment you wish to convert.

Click the Scheduling module
Click View my calendar from the drop down menu
Click directly on the lightning bolt next to the appointment you wish to convert.

Verify the appointment information (e.g., Date of Service, Authorization, etc…)
*Note when changing the start and end time the physical schedule will not change. However the change in time should be reflected on your session note (and billing entry).

Complete the appropriate Session Note
Do not select “Select existing session note” or “SELECT EXISTING NOTE”

Complete the remainder of the Session Note

After completing the Session Note, navigate to the Service Verification section.
Complete the required fields (highlighted in red)
Only complete the SERVICE VERIFICATION section after completing all other sections…

The “Signature of DOE Personnel” will initially display the student’s name.
The DOE Personnel should click on that signature field (i.e., Signature of DOE Personnel) and enter their name for Person signing.
After collecting the signatures, click SAVE & CLOSE
Then click SUBMIT

If successful, appointment will display with a new pattern on the calendar view (i.e., diagonal lines)
If unsuccessful, correct any missing requirements

When you convert, if you receive an error there are a few common issues…
When receiving an error this can be checked in the top left corner by clicking the triangle next to “Missing Requirements”

Incorrectly Converted Timesheet
If you input the wrong start or end times and complete converting the appointment, that appointment will be locked.
This process will take time potentially creating delays in processing. It is important to ensure the information is correct before completing the conversion process.
