Prepare for the P-FFR:

  • Download and complete the Fillable P-FFR Worksheet for agent to use during FFR.

(should be done at least 2 days prior to appointment)

  • Give completed worksheet to agent for review.

  • Call or email client to confirm P-FFR appt.(should be done the day before)

Document P-FFR:

  • Attach any documents from P-FFR to customer’s file. Including Prep W/S & Rejection form.

  • Document New P-FFR status as “FFR held” & add P-FFR Held date or log in interactions.

Process Changes:

  • Process any changes that resulted from the P-FFR.

  • Follow up with customer to finalize and review changes.

  • Collect required signatures and documentation.
