Riley Smith is a Singer and Guitarist with an deep love for songs that tell stories and stand the test of time.
Covering a wide range of styles — from folk and classic rock to blues, country, soul and even modern indie and alternative — his sets pull from decades of music that spans both to the familiar classics and to the unexpected.
Though rooted in acoustic traditions but not afraid to branch out, Riley blends acoustic arrangements with his expressive and commanding vocals with thoughtful pacing focused on feel and connection to the audience.
He writes originals and can play them if called for but at most gigs he will be playing all covers. Covers range from Tyler Childers, The Grateful Dead, Johnny Cash to The Beatles, Radiohead, Elton John, The Rolling Stones and many more!
