Interactive Breakouts Activity

  1. Choose breakout room based on your role working with families (Direct vs. Indirect support)
  2. Answer these two questions in your groups:
    1. How can we support families in understanding the purpose and role of a coach?
    2. How are we supporting the staff to strengthen family relationships?
  3. Come back to the main group and each small group will be asked to share out their “ah-ha’s” from their dialogue.
