Direct deposit set-up improvement

Campus Solutions 9.2 Upgrade Project

Phase II: Major Milestone Report

This initiative is now complete. The main project objective was to ensure students fully complete direct deposit enrollment. Great work to the teams involved in this initiative. Below is a summary of the work completed:

  • A new Campus Solutions FLUID page was introduced to users signing up for direct deposit or changing direct deposit bank information.
  • The process moves from requiring two steps to one step on the new page. Many students didn't realized there were two steps. This was a pain point for the student because they believed they had completed setup and then did not actually receive their funds electronically. This also generated more traffic to One Stop.
  • Language is simplified on the new page.
  • Students must fully complete the fields and agree to the terms before they are allowed to 'Submit' on the new page.
  • This impacts all 5 campuses
  • A revised How to Guide is now live on the One Stop website for students.
  • Screen print of new FLUID page:
