Chromebook Troubleshooting/repair

If you are having problems with your Chromebook:

Step 1: As simple as it sounds, shutting the Chromebook off and turning it back on resolves most problems.

Step 2: Read through our Troubleshoot Page to see if you can fix the issue.

  • The Chromebook Help page also provides some general tips and basic troubleshooting steps.

Step 3: If you are unable to solve your problem using the links above, stop by the library and swap your device out for a loaner.

Step 4: We will contact you once your device has been repaired.

***You are responsible for returning your loaner back in after repairs are made. The same policies regarding loss and damages apply to the loaner while in your possession.
