Role Purpose:

Keep guild connected, organized, and sharing transparently across the DAO.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a weekly agenda
  • Facilitate weekly guild meetings
  • Manage meeting setup & calendar events
  • Event reminders
  • Moderating meeting flow & agenda
  • Represent the guild during DAO Community Calls
  • Allow individual contributors to stay up to speed at a higher frequency than async updates

Guild Governance Coordinator

Role Purpose:

  • Oversee Guild Governance
  • Verify the correct execution of the procedures
  • decide with the Guild Coordinator and the members the best strategies so that everyone's work is carried out at a high level of quality

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all governance-related actions are completed according to the governance protocols designed this proposal
  • Study the governance of the DAO and other Guilds to highlight any adjustments to create consistency
  • Propose governance updates for the current and next Season

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming new members
  • Explaining to them the aims of the Guild
  • Showing them the tools used and working methods
  • Supporting new talent to start partaking into Guild Initiatives

  • Coordinate with Talent Coordinator bi-weekly to plug in bounties with new talent arriving

  • Support Onboarding regarding meetings
  • Documentation and formalization of existing Onboarding processes

Tasks:

  • Defining the interview questions important to understand the status quo

  • Work on improvement suggestions regarding the Guild’s onboarding
  • Propose this vision to the team
  • Implement the proposed Onboarding workflow

  • Generating POAPs for every TG weekly meeting (including design and creating the POAPs)
  • Ensuring the distribution of POAPs to attendees.

success metrics:

  • 4 weekly meetings / month * x attendees = y POAPs/month;
  • Distributing within 1 week after meetings.
