BRAIN BREAKS

Brain Breaks are useful to have built into your schedule to allow your students to obtain short bursts of physical activity and regain their focus.

Studies show that active bodies learn better. Take advantage of a short physical activity break to increase the overall level of focus and comprehension taking place in your classroom.

GO NOODLE

  • A classic go to for fun and easy Brain Breaks!
  • All educators can get access to the free Go Noodle account by logging in with their educator email address.
  • Go Noodle Pro is not available this year.

THIS OR THAT

  • Students given a choice between two options, based on the video’s “theme”.
  • Each choice comes with an exercise that the students will perform until the answer is revealed.
  • Easy, fun, and entertaining

  • The Would You Rather activity is designed to allow students to showcase their preferences, based on the video’s theme.

CHASE SERIES

  • Students will become immersed in this interactive Brain Break activity that has students moving from start to finish!

  • Students become the character in the videos and have choices to make throughout that result in exercises to perform.

GUESS WHO FITNESS

  • These activity videos are fitness based, themed videos that combine the concept of the popular game “Guess Who” and brain break exercises.

  • Students will perform various exercises as they participate in this exciting activity to figure out the mysteries that lie within.
