Goal #1: Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)

Use local and statewide assessment data to strategically bolster students' resilience and facilitate their academic, social,and emotional recovery. This comprehensive plan will be tailored to address the specific needs of students, identified through a meticulous analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. By employing a data-driven approach, we aim to foster an environment that nurtures not only academic growth but also social and emotional well-being, ensuring a holistic and effective support system for all students.

Goal #2: Student Achievement in the area of English Language Arts Targeted, frequent small group instruction as determined by quantitative and qualitative data in the areas of reading, writing and phonics will contribute to the increase of student achievement across student groups as measured by local and statewide assessment tools.

Goal #3: Student Achievement in the area of Mathematics

The use of collaboration opportunities to analyze student work from daily standard-based tasks and assessments to

determine areas of need for students underperforming in the area of mathematics will result in targeted small group

instruction that personalizes learning to meet the needs of our diverse learners.

Ensure all students have equitable access to a high quality, inclusive, educational experience where they feel a sense of

belonging.
