TIPA is a specially designed photo-voltaic and heat capture hybrid system. The TIPA system in general allows us to capture solar energy within the interior of the module and convert the photons into electricity by means of specially oriented and shaped solar cells.

The World is heating up due to climate change. As a result, more energy is expended on cooling habitable areas, data centers and industries.
This energy is produced by fossil fuels, which contributes to increased heat, greater climate change, and increased cooling needs, which in turn results in more climate change.
Solution
Data Centres, Offices, Hotels, Shops, Malls and Houses all require cooling. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only changed in form. This is the principle of SSCCO2T.

India is already the IT Capital of the World but Covid 19 has changed perceptions of outsourcing. Small and Medium Enterprises are open to outsourcing and utilising remote working to their advantage.
In 2021/2022, Enigmasoft Technologies profits was 27 Crore. This reduced in 2022/2023 due to the focus on renewable technologies and IP but is due to increase to 20 crore due to multiple contracts signed with UK companies in FinTech and Telecoms.

Outsourcing Value

Enigmasoft Technologies is a prime candidate for spin offs. The Renewable Energy IP would be spun off into a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which could then be sold off or be subject to an IPO. The PE ratio for the spin off would be higher than when bundled with the outsourcing companies.
The Outsourcing Incubator Division, would be subject to an IPO which would consider the balance sheet of the multiple equities Enigmasoft Technologies is holding and the forward future revenue therein. In our humble estimate the IPO would be in excess of $200m.
