LaLaLand offers a platform to showcase your culinary prowess to whole of Goa, India and the world. Join us for two days of music, art, magic and make your business a part of the LaLaLand experience�

FOOTFALL & DEMOGRAPHIC

This year we expect a crowd of 3000 - 5000 people over 2 days.

The LaLaLand demographic are largely families and individuals, both from Goa and those who are originally not from Goa. They are trendsetters, environmental conscious with a larger disposable income and a network reaching all over India and abroad.

SUSTAINABILITY AT FOODLAND

  • At LaLaLand, sustainability is our norm hence we have a no single use plastic policy at the festival and food stalls must use recyclable products for serving.
  • Sustainable crockery and deliverables
  • To avoid food wastage at the festival, we will communicate expected number of visitors a few days before the festival.
  • From a sustainability perspective we have a preference for local produce and vegetarian food.

HOW TO GET A STALL?

You will receive a confirmation before 20 November along with agreement for you to sign.

Once the documents have been received by LaLaFamilia and the payment is done, YOU ARE IN!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SETUP:

Vendors who show up late will not be admitted on to the site. clean-up/dispersion will begin at the conclusion of the event from 10pm Sunday, 10th December. No vehicles are permitted onsite until given the all clear by event management or security. Stallholders must not pack up prior to the conclusion of the event. Those who disassemble stalls or remove equipment prior to the conclusion of the event will not be invited back in future years.

VEHICLES:

All vehicles must be offsite by 9am on the festival days. There will be no deliveries during event hours, only before the gates open. All food stalls are to be fully operative and connected to all services before trading.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER:

Food stalls, preparation and refreshment areas must have appropriate separate hand held fire

extinguishers and fire blankets as necessary and available at all times during occupation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

COMPLIANCE:

Stalls need to be in possession of a valid food license. Healthy and hygienic food should be served. Festival organisers, Gotcha impact media pvt. ltd and Don Joao do not take any responsibility in case of violation. Failure to comply may result in penalties and instant dismissal from event.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING:

Stall holders are encouraged to minimise waste and must use recyclable products for serving. Stalls must use bio-degradable cornstarch, bamboo, paper or cloth carry bags (no plastic). Cutlery, plates, straws etc must be a biodegradable product (paper, bamboo, wood or cornstarch) or washable. It is your responsibility to segregate waste into biodegradable and dry waste. Please contact us if you have any doubts/ advice on how to improve.
