An Awell care flow has been implemented that both automates manual care activities (e.g. informing patients) and guides caregivers to take the right next steps (e.g. the care flow automatically creates the right next steps for the caregiver as tasks to complete in Dr. Chrono).

The Clinical team had no way to track member data over time and centralize patient responses to survey data. This made it hard to demonstrate measurable benefits to the clinical program, automate tasks and iterate on care flows based on deducted learnings.
Through Awell care flows, Better now has a modular care management program that allows them to customize, track and improve on the interaction with each member while saving time because the pre-designed care flows are already in place and do not have to be authored by the coaches for each individual interaction.
