COMMERCE FUTURES Calendar of events 2025

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Commerce Futures is an independent events and community business that brings together leaders in digital, transformation and technology who wish to navigate the uncharted waters ahead by sharing and learning from one another.

We create private & warm live and hybrid rooms, with audiences and themes relevant both for delegates and commercial partners – mapped against the Target Accounts of our clients, recruiting practitioner speakers who are “doing the job” in that field.

HOW WE WORK

We are an events business that engages with business leaders and practitioners in specific sectors – primarily but not solely eCommerce (B2C & B2B), digital, retail, fashion and media.

We offer content driven by peers and experts in a live environment to those who want to learn from both one another as well as subject matter experts - in order to grow their businesses. We add value to two key communities; the host/sponsors and our delegates/audience members.

We help our hosts/sponsors maximise long term engagements with partners and prospects through a programmatic series of conferences, briefings and dinners, as well as content and nurturing initiatives.

SMALL-MEDIUM EVENTS

Our round table events come in a Breakfast or Dinner format. This style of event offers an intimate experience with a handful of 10-15 of your key target contacts. There is a moderator leading the discussion from the CF team and a space for two members of your team to add to the conversation.

Often funded by a single client these are c.£15k

ROUND TABLES

These events usually comprise of up at least 20 senior people for dinner within a private dining space. Depending on the number of sponsors for the event we have 24 delegates within the room, leaving space for your team and ours to work on those important relationships!

Funded by 3 partners these cost £9,000 per sponsor in the UK and £500 more elsewhere

GROUP DINNERS

Theme focussed, these events hone in on a specific topic or trend that is usually based around your product offering and our research. Comprising of three client content slots throughout an 08:30 – 11:30 window, with two networking breaks included, this style of event offers the chance for you to put one of your customers on stage and use the draw of the big names and titles to your advantage when mixing with around 40 delegates.

BREAKFAST EVENTS

MEDIUM-LARGE EVENTS

Our morning conferences have always been popular with our delegate following. Covering a wide spread of relevant topics, these events see upwards of 110 registrations with 60+ people in attendance. Running from 08:30-12:30 our audience will see up to four content slots – including six speakers and panellists. This event style offers you three chances to mingle with your targets during the networking breaks, and works as a great draw for those higher level targets due to the length and quality of the event.

MORNING CONFERENCES

Due to the success of our first full day event in 2018 and the great feedback from our audience and event partners, we are now offering some great opportunities to sponsor our largest events of the year!

Drawing in over 250 registrations, with 150 people in attendance these full day conferences are growing ever more popular. Running from 08:30-15:00 with four networking opportunities including a 45minute lunch and 12+ speakers from amazing brands and retailers, these events are truly unique. Not only this, but we also offer the opportunity for you & your client to have some stage time to discuss a case study or successful project in front of your prospects – priceless!

BESPOKE EVENTS

We can take on the white-label event organisations, taking on all branding, venue search, content creation, speaker recruitment and audience invitation processes.

Our recent credentials include MACH ONE/MACH TWO for the MACH Alliance, and “Discovered” for our client Klevu.

CUSTOMER CONFERENCES

As a well connected part of the digital ecosystem we are well-placed to join your team and collaborate on partner activities.

We can work on almost every service model - from pure advisory, to activity and venue planning through to a wholly owned activity. We have worked in recent times with VISA, BORN and many other on everything from dinners to sports/social events.

PARTNER EVENTS

Many of our clients are keen to run “owned” branded roadshows - building a brand globally for their conferences.

Our team are incredibly knowledgeable about the themes and audiences that will entice an audience, and how much we can then tweak a global roadshow in order to make every element a success.
