LAYER ONE – BEHAVIOR POINTS

  • All teachers are tracking all behaviors both Positive and Negative for 5 days (1 Week)
    • Behavior Points are used at the FBA/BIP Meeting to identify the ”Problem Behavior” and what positive behaviors can be used as “Positive Reinforcements” on the BIP.
    • Behavior Points will also determine if there is a need for a BIP, if the behavior is not effecting the students education or no behaviors are exhibited then a SAT team can stop at the FBA and refuse SPED evaluation through a Prior Written Notice
