- Review the mod queue by clicking on the shield icon -> mod queue.��It’s really important that you check it daily since some times posts that aren’t actually scam or spammy could end as flagged so you have to manually approve them by clicking the approve button.

Numbers? Numbers are important, make sure to check the subreddit analytics and the various metrics, use those metrics to create reports (weekly)

2. When interacting with users, make sure to keep a friendly but also a professional figure.
3. view yourselves as representatives of NEAR. How you treat the community reflects on the brand.
4. If all your tasks were covered, make sure to check in with other channels (Discord, Telegram) and provide support over there as well.

ENFORCEMENT POLICY
1. We will ban and report trolls and spammers. No warnings will be given.
2. Have zero tolerance for trolls / FUD. We will try to de-escalate situations but if someone appears to have disregard for the community values above, they will be banned. The community's energy is better spent working collaboratively than defusing arguments all day.
3. Direct people to existing answers. If you ask a basic question that is easy to Google or for which there is an answer written somewhere, you will be referred to those answers. Please don't take it personally, it is to help you learn and respect the community's time.
