Every LAUSD student automatically gets a Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) Student Success Card (like the one pictured here), but the LAPL doesn’t give out the physical cards anymore.

Instead, your card # and PIN # are in Schoology.

Do you have a physical copy of your LAPL Card?

10 of 25

  • Active til you are 22 years old!
  • 5 physical books at one time
  • NO FINES AND FEES EVER!!!!
  • Students and their families will never be charged for any materials that are overdue, lost, damaged, or stolen. But if you lose, steal or damage all 5 books in 1 year, you have to wait one whole year to get more.
  • Instant access to all of LAPL’s online resources found at www.lapl.org

What makes these cards so special?
