The first version of Polkamarkets will enable anyone to buy & sell fractions of any event outcome, manage them on their phone, and easily trade them on liquid prediction markets.
However, since Polkadot is not ready for the deployment of smart contracts, the first release will be on Ethereum, while already preparing for a migration onto Polkadot.
