Reading for Enjoyment Improvement
Our school is wanting to improve Reading for Enjoyment. This is because reading helps with the future for jobs, it gives you a big imagination, opens up opportunities and helps with writing. It is also fun!
We completed a survey in October of reading habits at Drymen Primary.

Survey Results - You Said….
We asked everyone what would make reading at Drymen Primary even better. These were the ideas:
-Get rid of books which are not in a good condition in the library.
-Keep going to Drymen Library in the village.
-Looking after the libraries in classrooms.
-Stories being read to us in class and at assembly.
-More genres and new books.
-Dyslexia friendly books and audio books.
-Taking books outside to read at lunch if it’s not raining.
