Energizing salad

You need:

  1. some lettuce;
  2. some red sweet beet( a half of sweet beet);
  3. a carrot;
  4. a lemon;
  5. one boiled egg;
  6. some sweet corn
  7. some parsley;
  8. some olives;
  9. some salt;
  10. some oil;

How to make the Energizing Salad?

  1. Boil one egg.
  2. Wash the vegetables.
  3. Cut the lettuce and the parsley. Put them in a bowl.
  4. Grate the carrot and the sweet beet.
  5. Squeeze a lemon.
  6. Add some sweet corn, some sqeezed lemon, some salt and some oil.
  7. Mix everything in a bowl.
  8. Arrange the salad with some olives and the chopped egg into four pieces.

  2. A cup of raspberries;
  3. A cup of grapes;
  4. A cup of diced apples;
  5. A cup of sliced bananas;
  6. A half of cup of yogurt (strawberry or vanilla);

How to make the Fruit Salad?

  1. Wash the fruit.
  2. Cut them into pieces.
  3. Place all of the prepared fruit in a bowl.
  4. Add some yogurt and cool whip.
  5. Stir in yogurt and the cool whip.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving.

You need:

  1. 4 Wholemeal Pitta Bread
  2. ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  3. ½ cup Grated Mozzarella
  4. chopped vegetables: tomatoes, orange pepper, sweetcorn, broccoli, red onion, cooked beetroot. black olives

How to make the Rainbow Pizza

  1. Chop the vegetables.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Spread the pitta with pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozarella cheese.
  4. Place the vegetables on top like a rainbow.
  5. Place the pitta on a baking tray and heat for 10-15 minutes.

Refreshing cocktail

Ingredients:

3/4 cup chopped kale

1/2 banana

1/2 grapefruit

1/2 cup water

1/2 fresh lemon juice

a pinch of grated ginger

Directions:

Wash the components.

Cut them into pieces.

Place all ingrediences in a blender and add water.

Blend until smooth and frothy.
