At a Glance: The Postsecondary Success Collaborative
What is the Collaborative
Who We Serve
The Postsecondary Success Collaborative works with high school graduates (alumni) of KIPP, Achievement First, and other select high school-serving organizations to empower students for success in college and their careers. We aim to help our alumni persist in and graduate from college and CTE programs and then transition to strong early career jobs upon completion.
Our students are 3X as likely to graduate college. Students earning a BA within six years2:

It is designed as a research-backed Comprehensive Approach to Student Success (CASS) program.
