Click start presentation and you will come to this screen. Type in all relevant info

Click file. Click existing applications
Click the app. Click next and get to the application page
Click add and add the application. Open it up
Fill out line 1 for all applicants – name, saw them, d.o.b., birthplace, height, weight, sex, mark if they are a non tobacco user

Click the proposed insured for the boxes you are covering them for. Each box is a different policy. This is always done after you complete line 1
A is primary. B is spouse. C is children. They gray box is for the spouse. Do not confuse this for the spouse line which is a spouse rider
After filling out line 1 and clicking A/B/C answer the medical questions on page 2
If it is in blue it needs an answer (except medical records id#)
Fill out everything in blue. On top, mark lead type and type in affiliation name. Always get 2 phone numbers and an email. #4 is always proposed insured unless someone is taking out a policy on someone else, for example a head start
Fill out beneficiaries, no for replacing, leave 12 blank, answer 13 and always yes for 14. APLP means if they miss a payment instead of lapsing they can use their cash value
Input coverage amounts. Use HPPRO for this. Verify mode premium matches
We can change either the face amount or the premium amount and once we hit tab, it will automatically update
Mark what policy you gave them on 15, and yes for 16 and 17 only if they are using what is asked
Input banking, routing and account number twice. Also 10 days out for requested draw date.
After completing the application, click validate to find out if you have any errors. Fix them and validate again

Whole life – freedom of choice never exceed 30,000
10 RC – 10 year renewable and convertible term – paycheck protection
Preferred, executive and select life. Review with your manager but always sell whole life
Accidental death benefit – can not exceed 200,000 unless WL and 10RC combined are over that amount
Waiver of premium – waives premium upon total disability
B2000 – special accidental death benefit
Spouse rider – a rider is attached to the whole life policy
Additional benefits such as mortgage and college education benefits
Child rider – 10,000 in coverage convertible at age 21
A71000 – accident policy
Cancer benefits – 2 different policies, CNM is for medical bills, C20 is lump sum payout

Head starts – whole life for children, you can add GIO (guaranteed insurability option)
