Sub-divide each metho using bold/italics and give an overview of all essential methodology. When kits are used, cite the company name and kit name, without the protocol. Include specific amounts (in ug/mg) of reagent used (DNA RNA, protein, etc) and include all primer sequences

Statistical Analysis
All data should be analyzed using statistics. Include the technical and biological replicate information as well as the statistical tests used to analyze the data
