Poster Guidelines

• Each economy is requested to prepare one poster to fit the A1 size (59 × 84 cm) paper and email a softcopy (Word/PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat) of the poster to the Secretariat by 20^th October 2023.

• Good samples of posters used during the forum meeting in Viet Nam are provided here: https://www.aplmf.org/vietnam-meeting-documents.html
• The host economy of the Forum Meeting will assist to print out the posters and bring them to the meeting venue.
• Note: The economies that do not submit the softcopy by 20^th October have to print their posters and bring them to the meeting venue.

Poster Session Instructions

• For each session, from 5 to 7 �presenters stand at their posters.
• Delegates go to any poster of interest �– spread themselves across the presenter.
• The presenters give a three-minute overview followed by a five-minute discussion/questions time.
• When the time (8 min) elapsed, the organiser will encourage the delegates to move to the next poster of interest. The presenters repeat the overview for other delegates.
• Take this opportunity to connect with your colleagues and continue the conversations during coffee/meal breaks.
