  • On days when thermometers show close to 40 degrees, everyone is looking for a way to escape the heat. Of course, the best solution to the problem is to drown in the sea, but unfortunately not everyone has the opportunity. Tarator in a bowl, tarator in a glass, and even tarator in a bottle, if there is summer there is also tarator! Escape the heat – eat a Tarator! ;) And here is the most complete recipe for a classic tarator!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Cucumber 1 pc�� yogurt 400 grams� dill ½ link�� garlic 3 cloves�� walnuts 20 grams�� oil 2 tbsp�� water 300 ml

THE RECIPE:

  • The first step of the tarator recipe is to prepare the cucumbers. Wash the cucumber and peel it.We cut it into very small pieces / cubes. Many housewives grate the cucumber to save time.

  • Pour the cucumber into a large bowl and add to it the finely chopped fennel (you can also use dry fennel), the ground walnuts and the garlic, which you have crushed or chopped very finely.

  • After adding the garlic, walnuts and dill, add the oil/olive oil and mix well. Then beat one bucket of milk with one bucket of cold water, add to the cucumber mixture and mix again. The tarator is now ready.
