About Peer Power

  • Nonprofit founded in 2004

  • Provides in-class high dosage tutoring with supplemental after-school, and spring/summer learning programs

  • Currently serves 13,000 students, delivering 3,500 tutoring and mentoring hours each week

  • Employs high school and college students as tutors, called Success Coaches, who function like teaching assistants in the classroom
