Intake Process for Culturally Based Fraternal Organizations (CBFO’s)

  • NAPA will have chapter specific “rush” events similar to IFC/Panhellenic/PFC
    • As they meet students they are interested in they will send us their names for eligibility checks
    • There is no specific bid day, the chapter will just tell us when they have distributed bids
    • New members stay publicly secret until they “surface” or “cross”
  • NPHC/NALFO/MGFC utilize a membership intake process
    • The organizations do not take new members every semester
    • Each organization has their own requirements for potential members to meet before they can be “on line”
