Conclusions

  • This pandemic highlighted the importance of networking, solidarity and action – which are the very pillars of FIP.

  • It is essential to build capacity and utilise existing resources and infrastructure to respond efficiently to any future pandemics.

  • This can be done by leveraging community pharmacies as primary health care facilities for a variety of public health roles, including vaccination services
