We have received requests from multiple clients where they need to view and analyse the comments in the excel file which were entered by the Managers in the Action Tab.

The need is to solve the pain point that the Admin feels when they are unable to see a particular comment in the report but have to go through the various steps just to view the comment.

As a Client Relationship Manager, when I download the excel report from the action tab, I want to get the list of all the comments entered by the Manager/Ticket owner along with the Survey Name so that I can view the conversations/comments at once.

Currently in the excel report, there is no column for the Manager conversation or comments that that can be viewed at once.

Ticket gets created per feedback level. So, need a way out where we can display the survey name against a comment so that the user can identify which comment is made against which survey.

Solution/Hypothesis

[Addition of Information into Excel sheet]

We need to add columns in the excel report where all the Manager’s comment will be added per the date and then along with this information, survey name against each comment should also be present.

This will allow a manager/admin to have the visibility of the survey against which comments were being made.

Scope

The scope of the project is only limited to the Excel Report that gets downloaded from the Action Tab.

Acceptance criteria

1. Test that the excel report contains the column which says Manager Comments.
2. Test that the Manager Comments gets entered for each response ID and has a date added to the comment.
3. Test that the survey name is also added to the excel sheet.
4. Test that comments are exported into the excel sheet for both automated and manually created tickets.
