How to play:

1. Download or print this document.
2. Circle completed activities

4. Send a copy (or photo if printed) of your completed card to hannahw@cehn.org by the end of the last day of the month.
5. For squares with take a picture & send it with your completed card
6. Everyone who sends in a completed car will be sent a thank you prize this month
