Our work is centered around supporting the State Water and Sanitation Department as a technical and strategic support partner under SBM-G Phase II.

We focus on strengthening systems, building capacities at all levels, and enabling institutional convergence that ensures long-term sustainability of sanitation infrastructure.

We designed and delivered structured capacity-building programs—especially a PWM training tailored to block-level officers, like BDO, ABDO, PWM at MEETRA, Nashik and another is upcoming for Gram sevaks align them with the state’s PWM guidelines.

These activities involved on-ground validation, direct field visits, and coordination with Gram Panchayats, Block officers, and stakeholders to verify ODF status, SLWM progress, and app-based implementation under SBM-G Phase II.

To support the state department on ODF + model verification we done practice visit and shared insight of ground. Which was helped to department to review and actionable.

Interacted with Sarpanch, SHG members, Swachhata Doots, and villagers to document grassroots innovations and people-led solutions

We contributed to monitoring and evaluation efforts, piloted the ODF Maha App to improve usability for field-level staff, and supported the Ground Truthing Cell in validating SBM dashboard data through village-level visits.

Our engagement with the private sector has been through technical enablement, not through financial investments.

Study the PWMU in Raigad district and basis on that given suggestion for Operational fund requirement and given input to established PPP model

We also reviewed the PWM tender document shared by the state, offering inputs like location-specific requirements, plant specifications, and institutional roles—so that operations are practical and aligned with district realities.

First, sustainability doesn’t come from funding alone. It requires strong local systems—clear responsibilities, trained human resources, and accountability.

Second, the power of digital tools—like SBM dashboards.

And third, convergence is the secret to long-term impact.
