In partnership with Scholarship America and the National Scholarship Providers Association, Common App’s scholarships program connects students with scholarship opportunities they're eligible for based on their Common Application question responses.

Who can match?

Students who have a permanent address in the United States, Mexico, or Canada can match. Students in Colorado can opt in on account creation.

How do students match?

1. After creating a first-year account, students should complete the Profile, Education, and Activities sections of their Common App
2. Students will be notified of matches in the Scholarships section
3. Students can apply for programs on the scholarship providers’ sites

What types of programs will students see?

Students may match with opportunities offered by private scholarship providers or state grant programs. Some programs are national, while many are local.
