10:50 AM - 11:10 AM Eden Hall | Four Pillars, Four Corners Networking Using the room as our sandbox, we’ll get to know each other’s roses & thorns related to the four pillars of the Art of Mass Gatherings. |
11:10 AM - 11:30 AM Moving from Eden Hall to Film Hut | Facilitated festival site features overview As we move to our next location, we’ll look at and learn from the infrastructure of LEAF Festival: water filtration, first aid, waste management, mobility accommodations, and more. Facilitated by festival staff and the Majestic Collaborations team, and featuring Susan Beyer, proprietor of Dancin’ Dave’s Festival Camping, on camping as a practice for resilience |
11:30 AM - 12:15 PM Film Hut | Overdose prevention & response training Overdose prevention and awareness training, including how and when to administer CPR and naloxone, in partnership with the Ben Meyer Recovery Foundation. Led by Chris van Brenk, paramedic and EMT instructor. |
12:15 PM - 1:15 PM | Lunch�Pick up at Eden Hall / Walk over at 1:15 |
1:15 PM - 2:25 PM� | Four Pillars Rotating Learning Stations In small groups we’ll rotate through three learning stations (everyone will experience them all): Power to the People, Crucial Conversation Before Code Yellow, and Narcan Scenarios. See details & group assignments on reverse side. |

Art and Disability: A mini sound workshop exploring music and sound from the perspective of a performer who is blind. Led by musician Jordan Scheffer. |
4:25 PM - �4:50 PM Barn Second Floor | Reflections on curating experience and community from Jasmine Beard, Chief Strategy Consultant of AJOY Consulting and Co-Organizer of TED X Greensboro Arts & Cultural Resilience Asset Mapping Participate in an asset mapping process through the lenses of mass gathering resilience! We’ll also introduce our overall approach to asset mapping so you can evaluate when and where this participatory process may be a useful tool in your own work. Facilitated by Jenny Filipetti of Majestic Collaborations. |
