Overview

Purpose

Star Workout creates a personalized workout for users by taking into consideration their physical condition and time available. It is star themed as well.

Why?�We wanted to create an app that could be practical for use in real life�

• Checking any physical problems will highlight exercises not recommended in red for someone’s condition.
• Have multiple pages for different exercises for warm ups, the main workout, and stretches after.
