was a Spanish actress, singer, dancer, television presenter, and theatrical producer. She received numerous accolades throughout her career in film, theater, and television spanning over six decades. She starred in Tormento (1974) and Pim, pam, pum... ¡fuego! (1975), which gave her a better reputation. One of her biggest successes was Teresa de Jesús (1984) in which she played Santa Teresa de Ávila.
Why did I choose this song?
I encountered the song when I was watching Killing Eve, season 3, episode 1. It was a scene where Villanelle was walking down a farmers market in Spain, on her way to her target(to kill). I immediately was attracted by the singing. Even though I didn’t understand the lyrics at all but the vibe of sultriness and desperation was delivered successfully. It is a song that describes how hot and irritable a summer day is and the person in the song desperately wants to take off all the clothes and swim the ocean with their lover.

Strong, heavy serifs. The serifs are much heavier than the character/glyph itself.
The “R” looks like it’s a combination of “O”and “H”. The serifs and the feet of “R” makes it look like a person in boots.
Overall, the font is playful, funky, and has a strong structure which I think would fit the song.

Since I’ve been doing graphic design, I’ve been staying up late a lot, and I find myself facing the early hours more often. You know how the early morning hours can make you feel kinda melancholic, right? That late-night vibe? Well, when I listen to this song during those hours, it sends chills through my body and deepens the mood of the night even more. The repeating synth sounds like a signal amplifying loneliness, and Thom Yorke’s aged voice is just beautiful. Even the birds chirping at the end of the song is perfect.

When I was in high school my friends and I loved this song, my busy school schedule was stressing me out and it was this song that kept me company letting me relieve my stress, there are a lot of good memories for me that go along with this song.
