Multi Teacher Rostering

The new Multi-Teacher Reporting Roster feature allows applicable user roles to associate multiple teachers with a roster.

For example, Roster A can be associated with Teachers 1, 2, and 3.

There is a limit of 75 reporting rosters per user.

31 of 80

Partial Name Searches

An update regarding the student search feature allows for partial name searches in the user interface.

  • Pasadena ISD has transitioned to Single-Image Only versions of all Approved Supplemental Aids. Only District Approved Supplemental Aids may be used on State Assessments

Supplemental Aids

45 of 80

Accessibility Features and Designated Supports

  • On all RLA assessments, including the English I and English II EOCs, students must specifically request the grammar and mechanics rule supplemental aid when they get to the ECR and must turn it in when they complete their ECR response.

Lightspeed

As defined by TEA, unauthorized viewing of secure test content is considered a serious testing irregularity.

  • Lightspeed usage allows staff members to view the students' active desktops, opening the possibility that staff members may access secure test content.
  • In accordance with district policy, Lightspeed should not be used on designated state testing dates.
  • Teachers should not have Lightspeed set to open when they log in to their device to avoid the potential for any unintentional viewing of secure test content.
