Brief Instructions
This template can be used for preparing for poster presentation at the International Conference on Assistive Technologies for Special Needs (ATSN 2025). The template is set to be printable with a typical poster of size A1 (59.4x84.0cm). Please use this template to create your poster for the this symposium.
General Guidelines
- Your poster is a summary of your work, not every little detail needs to be included.
- Project team details must be included at the poster heading and should include:
- Author name,
- Affiliation
- Student ID and Study Program (if any)
- Project supervisor (if any).
- Visuals (e.g. figures, schematic diagrams, images, charts, graphs, tables, etc.) are the key in producing quality poster.
- Poster header (with logos) and author details at the top must not be altered.
- You may choose to organise some sections differently.
- Poster content should be readable from a distance of 1-2 meters.
Poster Contents
- The Poster content can be organized in 3 columns with adequate number of sections for work presentation that should include briefings on the following:
- Introduction
- Problem Definition and Motivation
- Approach and Technologies considered
- System Architecture Design/Modelling
- System Implementation and Prototyping
- Result discussion on Findings
- Conclusion
- Images for system architecture design and prototype must be included with detailed listing of system components.
- All images must be of high resolution and of sufficient scale for readability.
- Solution proposed should highlight system functional and non-functional requirements, constraints assumed, technologies considered for system implementation, and the operating environment wherein the system is to function.
- Results and outcome can be briefly highlighted.
(TIP: Poster content should focus on visuals that are descriptive enough)
