Example of Training

Core And Superior limBs

Improve strength and muscles mass

  • 6-8 series
  • 8-10 repetitions

  • 2’ Rest

Inferior limbs

Improve power and speed

  • Maximum loads
  • almost complete recovery
  • 4-6 series
  • 3-6 repetitions
  • High execution speed

Athletes can practise with bags with less weight in order to work endurance and run long distances. They can practise with bags with more weight in order to work strength, but in this case running less meters.
