  • Draw on & contribute based upon personal experiences

  • Develop & discuss ideas

KDE Transition Readiness Updates

  • Where to store materials since AAAF optional now? (e.g. TAR)
  • Up to the district to determine where to store these materials. CRAAF still required.

  • Any leniency on the number of hours required for CWEC certification (e.g. 40 hrs) due to pandemic?
  • Approval has not been received to lower the number of hours but there is flexibility in how hours are obtained (e.g virtual or simulated)

  • What about students who are not able to get hours due to Pandemic?
  • Flexibility is being applied. WBL can be done in the classroom, on the

computer, etc.

  • If some of the questions for the ESAR have to be assessed at the work site, how do we do that if students aren’t in the work site?
  • If it is virtual, it will be assessed in the classroom or simulated workplace.

.

AA Information

  • Guidance document regarding the administration of the AA will be coming from KDE. Information will be given to your DAC. Please be looking for this in the next few weeks.
