Just remember:

  • Create a Google Form from your drive or by selecting the forms icon in your Google Grid.
  • Use the “paint palette” to change the look
  • Use the “gear wheel” to change the settings
  • Use the “eyeball” to preview and test your form.
  • There are a variety of question formats to choose from

Your form can be sent or shared in many ways:

  • Assigned in Google Classroom
  • Sent in an email
  • Posted on a Google Site
  • Embedded in a Doc or Slide as part of a bigger assignment

Working with your Forms Responses

  • Click on “Responses” while in “edit” mode of your Form
    • There are multiple ways to view your responses with in the form
  • But, when you really want to work with the data, move them to a Google Sheet!
